My wife and I started Supreme Steam Carpet & Tile Cleaning and 24HR Water Damage Restoration Services in January 2000. We wanted to have a family and was unable so we decided to Adopt. Since I had already been working in the industry for over 15 years, we decided to start our own company so my wife could stay at home and raise our children. We knew right away that our company would pledge to perform our services with skill by implementing ongoing training leading to the certification of all our technicians; along with honesty, and integrity in order to provide the consumer with the highest degree of professionalism possible. Our customers will always get a uniformed, well-groomed and trained technician to perform any of our services in their home. We do thorough background checks on all our employees.

Our company goes above and beyond for our customers and offer superior service. We spare no expense to have the top-of-the-line cleaning products and machines with all the attachments necessary for any type of restoration cleaning, i.e. Rotovac, RX 20, Rotary Scrubber, Turbo Hybrid, and Titanium 6-jet wand.

Since we are family owned and operated we can spend the time necessary, in your home, to "Do The Job Right" the first time! We also take all precautions necessary while in your home to protect your baseboards and walls from getting chipped by placing wall guards. We also place towels at each doorway for coming and going in order to prevent slip & fall and re-occurring traffic soil. We also wear and give "booties" to our customers to put over their shoes.

We always want to leave our customers with good service experience and not feeling like you were taken advantage of such as a "Bate-and-Switch" technique.
