My wife and I started Supreme Steam Carpet & Tile Cleaning and 24HR Water Damage Restoration Services in January 2000. We decided to start our own company so my wife could stay at home and raise our children. I have been working in the industry for over 15 years. We knew right away that our company would pledge to perform our services with skill by implementing ongoing training leading to the certification of all our technicians, along with honesty and integrity, to provide the consumer with the highest degree of professionalism possible. Our customers will always get a uniformed, well-groomed, and trained technician to perform our services in their homes. We do thorough background checks on all our employees.

Since we are family owned and operated, we can spend the time necessary in your home to "Do The Job Right" the first time! We also take all necessary precautions while in your home to protect your baseboards and walls from getting chipped by placing wall guards. We also place towels at each doorway for coming and going to prevent slip & fall and re-occurring traffic soil. We also wear and give "booties" to our customers to put over their shoes.

Our goal is to make you a lifetime customer and to tell all your family and friends about our company. We have put "SERVICE" back into the Restoration industry. We always want to leave our customers with a good service experience and not feel like they were taken advantage of, such as a "Bate-and-Switch" technique.
